I’ve been working on At The End Of The Day every day for almost four years now.
I’ve been looking at the same footage for over nine months as I edit, export, sound mix, and find music for this story.
Every so often, I have to stop what I’m doing, close my eyes, and smile – because this thing is actually a movie! We made a movie, y’all!
These moments come in waves. The image at the top might not like much, but it represents one of those moments I just experienced.
I’ve had an increasing number of them over the past few weeks – and that’s because I’m working with my composer to create amazing music to fill out, enhance, and explode the emotion within these scenes!
His name is Christoffer Franźen of Lights & Motion.
Christoffer has a fantastic way with sound and emotion, and you’ve probably heard his music on big-budget trailers and Apple commercials (computer, not the fruit). His latest album, Phenomenon, just released and is amazing.
And you should definitely check out his most recent Lights & Motion album (he has over 60 Million plays and 500,000+monthly listeners.)

I am so thrilled that he believes in this story and is a key player on this team. The music he’s already created for the movie is taking it to a whole new place.
As you’ve probably noticed from Instagram and Facebook, we’ve begun the festival submission process. We’ve chosen to submit as a “work in progress” to a few of the major festivals, as we finish the sound mix, music composition, and coloring.
We should know something by the first of the year, and hopefully we’ll be able to have our premiere within the first few months of 2018!
Can’t wait for you to hear it.
